WebGlenfiddich Fire and Cane Experimental Series No. 04 Single Malt Whisky nose starts very sweet on barley sugars, juicy peach, dried apricots, tinned pineapple and green banana. Then some bresilliene nuts and baked pear, soft spices from the wood and there it is a delicate smokiness with a salty note. Exotic and atypical and delicious.

I kinda like it, but I also don't find it very harmonious of a bottle. WebCask type: Rum Cask Finish E150a: yes Chill filtered: yes Nose: Nice clean earthy and sour highland peat, with citrus fruits playing a big role. Lemon and orange, but also cane sugar, jaffa cakes, mango and ash. Palate: Ok mouthfeel for 43%, but don't expect an oily dram.
