WebSep 14, 2014 · Whilst I ran race one continuously, the hills in the remaining races got the better of me but on the whole I ran the flat and downhill sections and walked the hills after my cliffy shuffle just wasn’t enough. WebJan 4, 2016 · My run might resemble a Cliffy shuffle but at least its a run. And I might not be able to navigate a kayak as skilfully as my hubby - but at least I was in it and having a go with the kids.
