Web9 jan. 2013 · On windows 10 the flashing bubbles do not steal the screen focus or mouse control away from the user so the escalation to disaster doesn't seem to arise. There is a lot of unwanted screen activity but in many cases you can continue with what you are up to. Also, the lcd panel seems to more adequately respond to touch input.
